The HR Technology Conference is the HR and talent management industry’s leading trade show highlighting 400+ product vendors and service providers. The Paracosma team, including Paracosma’s CEO, Ken Ehrhart, VR team leader, Sheetal Maharjan, and Nepal Operations Manager, Sujit Jha, attended the conference held on 1-4 Oct in Las Vegas, along with other industry experts, analysts, business leaders, practitioners and influencers.

The 2019 HR Tech Conference featured an unrivaled cutting-edge agenda for HR and IT professionals from businesses of all sizes with a primary focus on driving HR success through technology. The conference included daily keynotes and the popular Women in HR Technology Summit, in addition to 60+ breakout sessions across 12 tracks, ranging from artificial intelligence and analytics to core HR and the future of work.

Paracosma’s goal at the conference was to assess the current status of AR and VR use within the industry, observe best practices among Learning Management System vendors, and build connections for future deployment of Paracosma AR and VR training solutions. The general feel and conclusion is that AR and VR will play a substantial role in the future of enterprise education, but that current adoption is being moderated by the absence of thought leadership.
