January 8, 2019 – Paracosma begins 2019 with a focus on deepening its extensive collaboration with its VR and AR industry peers through membership in the VR/AR Association and participation in The Virtual Reality Festival taking place in Las Vegas alongside CES January 8-11.

The VR/AR Association (The VRARA) is an international organization designed to foster collaboration between innovative companies and people in the virtual reality and augmented reality ecosystem that accelerates growth, fosters research and education, helps develop industry standards, connects member organizations and promotes the services of member companies. As a new VRARA Company Member, Paracosma will be joining in VRARA San Francisco and Tokyo Chapter events throughout the coming year.

This week in Las Vegas, the Paracosma team is participating in the Virtual Reality Festival 2019  (VR Fest) The VR Fest, the world’s first and largest virtual reality festival is back for its 5th season. This festival focuses on providing a platform for pioneers to showcase their latest and unique VR/AR immersive technologies.

The Paracosma team is also attending CES, the world’s largest consumer electronics show. CES showcases more than 4,500 exhibiting companies, including manufacturers, developers and suppliers of consumer technology hardware, content, technology delivery systems and more; a conference program with more than 250 conference sessions and more than 180K attendees from 150 countries.  Already this year, HTC has announced new VR headsets, NVIDIA has announced new VR laptop graphics, and the newest 360 cameras have been unveiled.
